At least you're doing SOMETHING!

This is the strategy used by the admin. They know people don't look at all the pesky details. So for instance, for a broken economy that was made worse by tax cuts, they offer MORE TAX CUTS and claim, well we're doing SOMETHING.

This is going to be their strategy for dealing with the fallout of the BO. They are going to appear to be doing something, while making the situation worse. They will use the opportunity to ram through their destructive energy bill and club the Democrats over the head as obstructionist when they don't support it. They will push for more deregulation, more oil drilling and more contracts for their cronies.

I hope the Dems are ready for this, because if I know it's coming, they have no excuse.
