Moveon.org and Fahrenheit 9/11 house parties with Michael Moore
Turn Up the Heat town meeting a massive success!
Michael Moore joined over 55,000 people in 4600 house parties stretching from Maine to Alaska. The result: MoveOn members committed to reaching out to hundreds of thousands of unregistered voters in key swing states on July 11. Michael Moore's new film Fahrenheit 9/11 is an incredibly powerful movie that lays bare the cynicism and greed behind Bush's war policy. And the astonishing and revealing footage in it has the power to change the course of the 2004 election.
Listen to audio from the conference with Michael Moore.

6. Thanks, so good you meet you and...
your husband and daughter. On-line is okay, but nothing beats meeting in person.

Thanks again, and Libbie says "Woof".

:hi:

5. Pittsburgh had a huge turnout - had to be 300 or better
Was held at University of Pittsburgh student union in a very large assembly hall and it was packed. I'm bad at counting but I'd say it was over 300. I know local Moveon had 200+ confirmed online and many probably came from handouts outside theaters and local Kerry meetups.

It was fantastic. Very high energy level and enthusiasm in the room to send the thief packing back to Crawford. If this is any indication, Bush is in big trouble in this part of PA.
