I just heard a reporter on CBC say those exact words. I don't know shit about the Canadian electoral process, but I know voices like that guy are what's missing in the fucked up media this side of the border :(

The CBC is saying that the poor performance for the Conservatives in the Atlantic region is not likely indicative of the national performance. Also, the NDP popular vote is up but due to strategic voting they lost a seat and haven't made any gains yet.
