How is TV news playing the USSC decisions?
For the benefit of us poor cube-dwellers, can you TV viewers out there give us a rundown on how the Supreme Court decisions are being portrayed on CNN, MSNBC, etc.?

Their websites seem to be awfully confusing.

1. only seen one media outlet mention that Miranda was eviscerated today

that's kind of big news but apparently if it has nothing to do with TERRA it doesn't matter.

So far this term:
- the court has killed Miranda (with no fucking mention of it at all in the media).
- has ruled that US Citizens can be held without charge or trial (but can challenge this in court...though the ruling leaves it open to forcing the challenge to be heard by a fucking military tribunal)
- has refused to rule on "Under God" in the pledge and done so in a way to trash the rights of a divorced father.

any other blatant disregard for civil liberties that I missed here?
