Is it me or is the Majority Report extremely amatueristic?
I mean both technically and with their material. The producers and techies don't seem to know how to work their machines and sometimes they rattle on like high school kids.

I have been listening for a few weeks and its wearing on my. I still love it but that love is turning into like.

Is it just me here?

1. Hate to agree
AA is doomed if it doesn't bring in professional radio talent like Malloy or Werbe.

4. Werbe is so good its scary
I think IE canned him because he was too damn good at demonstrating the mind control aspects of religion.

Malloy was a beautiful show. He did what Randi does without ego.

3. sort of collegey
may be part of its demographic appeal.

I can't really listen to it, that particular show bores me. I like Unfiltered, OFranken, Randi Rhodes and Mark Marin.

5. i like MR
Yes I agree that they get a little elementary schoolish and goofy but it is pretty entertaining for me.

I understand how you could get tired of it though.

I also badly miss Peter (check my website) Werbe and Mike (have I told you how much I hate them today) Malloy and really wish AA would find a spot for them.

Peters RIF show has only been on once in the last month.....that sucks.

6. I think they've admitted it themselves....
...that it's like going back to listening to college radio...but they have good guests on...

People have little to say about its lead-in show "So What Else is News?" with Marty Kaplan but it is by far the most polished show on AAR, and its done by a radio pro not a celebrity, so go figure!

7. It's not just you.
And it's better this week b/c Seder is on his
honeymoon.

When Seder and Garafalo are together, they are
insufferable - the inside jokes, inane "I know
this person, I know that person" nonsense, talking
over their guests.
