Sun Moon "Coronation" in Congress??

I've just heard the tail end of some incredible story on NPR. It seems a convicted felon named "Rev Sun Moon" had some kind of elaborate coronation ceremony in our Congress building. (The Evert Dirksen Room. This had to be arranged by a member of congress and apparently a number of members attended. The report also mentioned this Sun Moon is a multi-billionaire that is heavily invested in the Republican Party. Is this all some kind of joke?
