Gephardt for sec. of Labor - not vp

Just read the inciteful American Prospect article about reasons not to choose Gephardt. The only reason would be bringing the teamsters along.

Why not let them know that Gephardt would get the nod for Labor. This would keep him in the camp, in a role which would be of no small interest to the Teamsters and other labor groups, and - just as importantly to my mind - keep him as far away from foriegn policy as possible.
