WASHINGTON (Reuters) - President Bush (news - web sites), on the defensive over the Iraq (news - web sites) war, insisted on Thursday that Saddam Hussein (news - web sites) had a dangerous relationship with al Qaeda, a day after the independent Sept. 11 commission reported no evidence of collaboration between the two.
