2. Not a problem that we don't, we never have and he arrogantly doesn't
care.
The problem is when his "true believers" stop believing him. And his approval ratings for months suggest that many don't. SO the big deal is his arrogance at not caring about that. Indicates that HE believes that it doesn't matter. Indicating that he believes that when it comes to voting that the American public is completely manipulatable via big money advertising. Essentially - he holds great contempt for the intelligence of most Americans.
You can tell by his complete lack of charisma that he really doesn't care if we buy into his shit or not. With most politicians you can tell that they want you to believe them because they lie in a way that sounds very likeable and comforting. But Cheney is like the friend's parent that everyone knew growing up, the one who really doesn't like kids and treats them like shit and doesn't even try to be friendly to his kid's friends. Cheney is your friend's asshole father. It doesn't matter to him whether he's liked or not, because he doesn't like you so why would he care if you like him?
7. This is the first time I've seen Cheney stuttering...
Cheney doesn't have a legal background and has no idea where he is going with these lies. I think he's running scared, and will contnue to deny away until he is confronted with the Truth in black and white.
10. There is polling data out there showing only about 26% Cheney approval
Largely so low because people are connecting the dots on Haliburton and all the other Cheney maneuvers... So why are the Roverian Bushistas sending Cheney out to try to push these lies? While he is clearly the BEST LIAR they have, does it make sense to do so? SOmeone play Devils advocate (how appropriate the term) and tell me, please?!
