brainwashed or fooLing themseLves?
Mass. guardsmen will hunt Iraq for deadly chemicals
By Brian Ballou
Friday, June 18, 2004

Teary-eyed relatives and friends said goodbye yesterday to approximately 80 Massachusetts National Guard soldiers heading to Iraq to seek out dangerous chemicals.

``I'd rather go there and take the fight to them than stay here and have to fight at home,'' said Sgt. Thomas Lanzon, 38, of the 272nd Chemical Company from Reading. ``This is why I'm going,'' he said, clutching one of his seven children. ``To keep them safe.''

1. It's either believe it or be sent away on a hopeless
mission.

Psychology dictates that for some of these people, they need the lie to keep their sanity.;

4. Oh, I know some of them do get what's going on.
But some really can't handle the truth. It won't fit inside their little pigeon hole for how the world works.

I hope you hear from your friends soon!
