Scarborough compares anyone supporting Farenheit 9-11 to Terrorists!

This show p*ssed me off so badly. Scarborough mentioned that Hezbollah has said they support the film and he posed a question to the gentleman from Move on about whehter or not it bothers him that Hezbollah is supporting the film. He came right out and said that basically anyone supporting the film is in alignment with the terrorists. I fired off the following comments to the show and I would suggest others do the same:

I just finished watching Scarborough Country this evening with coverage of Michael Moore's film "Fahrenheit 9/11". I was outraged at the disgusting comparison made by the host to anyone supporting the film and terrorism. I want to make it very clear to you that while I am very interested in seeing this film and I am convinced that every American needs to see this film, I am certainly NOT a terrorist or a terrorist sympathizer and your comparison is very insulting to me.

In complete contrast with the opinion that you have, I am a concerned American who is watching my country be destroyed by a combination of terrorism and a government that is slowly but surely being proved to be incompetent. Just because I feel that we, as Americans, deserve to know the truth about how our government is handling this war in Iraq and the war on terror, does NOT in any way, shape or form equate me to Hezbollah or any terrorist faction. Despite the fact that you are most certainly politically motivated in your comments, I am relatively sure that you are intelligent people and that you can see for yourselves that we most certainly have problems in our own government. It is becoming more and more apparent that this administration is profiting from these wars. It is also becoming more and more apparent that this administration has kept hidden from us an enormous amount of information. About 6 months ago, I knew absolutely NOTHING about Dick Cheney having ties to Halliburton or the fact that our government had made allowances to fly members of Bin Laden's family out of our country after September the 11th. I had come across some information on the internet accidentally which I thought was just rediculous leftist propaganda. I am sad to say that a great abundance of information that I thought was nothing more than propaganda has turned out to be absolutely true and I feel that it is irresponsible of the media to have kept this information covered up for so long.

Now that the truth is coming out, we have people like your host comparing truth seekers to terrorists. Well, let me give you a little lesson in politics. Our government is comprised of people that WE elect and that are in their positions because WE put them there and WE pay them to do their job and anything this government does is done in OUR name. I want to be assured that my government is doing right by me and I have every right to question and every right to disagree and furthermore, I have every right to watch a documentary about it. That does NOT make me a terrorist NOR does it make me unpatriotic and for you to say so or even to hint at something so horrible is a great example of gross misconduct. I don't think I have ever been so insulted in my lifetime as I was by your broadcast this evening.

Fortunately, I missed scarborough's show (I'm lucky that way often, he he) but I had seen the promo about him talking about Fahrenheit 9/11 on tonights show.

After reading your letter, I find that, if that's what "ding dong" is saying, I too, am offended. For the life of me I can not understand how any American would place politics above the truth. Shame on anyone that would do such a thing!

There are so many things that have happened in the last four years, perpetrated by this president and his administration that they refuse to answer for, just goes beyond belief. If you and I are "terrorists" because we choose truth over politics, than so be it! I can only hope that many citizens will come to their senses before it is too late. because, if many don't snap out of it soon, we will be no better than nazi germany.
