This alert also triggers the DOD "stop loss" provision which prevents soldiers from leaving the service at their scheduled times. This means that 1500 civilian soldiers are about to undergo drastic changes in their lifestyles. This is scary shit and I fear something is up and it will not be in our best interests. We are a very small state and have already lost 10 of our citizens to this insanity. Now This !!!
