12. Very odd flick

Early 80's IIRC. Main character was a frigid, nymphomaniac, bisexual hanging out in the club scene. She would take people home and have sex with them only to have them die suddenly from a spear to the head. It seems there were aliens that ahd landed on her apartment seeking fuel for their ship. The fuel was a chemical that just happened to be produced by the human brain during orgasm.
