32. I haven't the foggiest clue why he was tombstoned

and I had exactly zero to do with it. In truth, I really don't know why he was tombstoned. It had something to do with a really nasty collision with another DUer that just refused to settle down, but that's all I know.

I've had my issues with AWD, but they happened well after he had been banned here...which is moot, because contrary to certain paranoid delusions, I do not have the power to ban people from DU. If you don't believe me, ask the Admins. They'll laugh out loud at the very idea.

First Dean. Then the Lakers. Now Jeff Seemann.

Previously, I'd dismissed his chances, mostly based on scumbag Ralph Regula winning close to 70% of the vote last election. I also had some personal animus against him due to some past tangles here.

Considering what he's had to work with (an uphill battle in a heavily Republican district), I think he's run a FANTASTIC campaign so far. And even though he's still a longshot, sometimes those can pay off in spades. Just ask Belmont Stakes-winner Birdstone. Or the Detroit Pistons, for that matter. :-)

I am putting my money where my mouth is. I hear he had a $36 per head fundraiser the other day. Here's $36.01, best of luck to you, Jeff!
