Ron Reagan will talk to Tweety Friday on Dateline
From the website. Wonder if Tweety will get in to Ron's comments about his father and God, and not taking it as a mandate. Plus the commercials now on and the stem cell thing. And wonder if Tweety will get in to what Ron said at the 2000 convention. Ron seems to get on well with Tweety, so this could be interesting.

Ron Reagan will speak for the first time since his father’s funeral in an interview with NBC’s Chris Matthews about what is was like growing up as the youngest son of one of America’s most popular leaders surrounded by power, wealth and celebrity. In addition, he will share private family pictures and memories never before made public. Reagan will also talk about the last years of his father’s life and how his mother is coping with her recent loss.

1. That should be good. Tweety and Ron have worked together
on MSNBC's election coverage so far this year.

2. I am willing to bet it is *because* of the Club for Growth ad
that he is on Hardball. That combined with the chimps slap in the face to the Reagan's that he won't change his position on stem cell research.

I am sure the Reagans have *lots* to say! I hope he slaps bush back.

6. I really don't have any idea. I have *heard* is liberal but I don't have
anything to back that up.

Along with Ron, I would like to see Nancy (once she has had time to grieve of course) come out fighting for stem cell research. She is loved by a great many conservatives.

7. Tweety said the other night
After the burial service, they mentioned the comments on MSNBC and Tweety and a couple of other commentators thought it was a direct slam at Bush*. Better yet, they talked like they thought it was pretty funny and deserved! Surprised me. If Ron talks in the upcoming interview like he talked to Salon Magazine - it will make for FUN TV!
