Prescott built the family fortune from the Nazi's and W will not go after his fathers connections to al-Qaeda via Carlise. His uncle is being charged with money laundering for the Saudis and they let the bin-Laden family the U.S. after 9/11. Hopefully that is the connection they will make.

It's talking about how the FBI lied to one of the spies (who was a US citizen who the program indicates never wanted to harm the States) about receiving a full pardon for testifying.

So far it's been fairly critical of the military tribunal then.

Thankfully, it's not the al Qaeda-fest I had thought from the lead-in.
