2. Another way might be...

NOT suspending mail deliveries tomorrow, NOT closing down post offices and who knows what other government offices so that federal employees (who RR held in such disdain) have a paid day off. Or...perhaps they're not planning to pay them?? It just keeps getting better...geez!
