Actually, we should get an amendment going to rename our blessed home The United States of Reaganerica. Perhaps all Economics 101 and 102 classes in college can forevemore be referred to as Reaganomics.

Let's help the beautiful mouring people out. What are some other ways we can make it a century long Reagan Baccanalia?

3. Can Congress pass a law?

All children born for the next 12 months get the middle name "Reagan." Any new species science finds get the Latin surname "Reaganyi." All star systems charted will be Reagan.001, Reagan.002, etc. "Anno Domini" changed to "Anno Reagani." Jesus replaced on Catholic crosses with Ronald Reagan.

Hold it, that last one may not be quite so bad . . .

roll with it...lampoon it even. because we all know despite his ability to "play a president" pretty convincingly, he was the paper and tinsel covering up what the Cheney's and Poindexters of the world were trying to pull off.

So...it's fun to laugh and imagine a Reaganized world. Maybe DIsney can have a whole wing of their park devoted to him. And you KNOW Wal-Mart will have an aisle devoted to him. I mean...if they memorialized Dale Earnhart...

Is that they keep talking about this outpouring of mourning and I haven't really seen ANYone seeming all that weepy or in mourning or shocked or even talking about it. Just on the "news" channels. They are totally creating the hype.

...or did Reagan already have a bunch of buildings named after him before he even died. I used to live in DC and remember a whole lot of buildings named after him (Ican't recall them right now, but they were federal, DC peeps help me out!) not to mention Natinal Airport.

Like Ronald Reagan ever gave a damn about the state of Florida. I have to turn my head and restrain the profanity whenever I come across one of those "Ronald Reagan Turnpike" signs.

It was virtually the top priority of Florida Republicans once they gained control of the state legislature.

The only legit namesake is Ronald Reagan National Debt.
