OMG, I LOVE JAMES BOND "Tomorrow Never Dies"
The bad guy is obviously based on Rupert Murdoch and how he manipulates his media empire to control peoples' minds! It's like they had a consultant from Fox News writing the script!

1. A cross between Murdoch and Bill Gates, although
the movie is so pedestrian and badly produced in terms of plot... people liked it because of the eye candy stunts, eye candy boobs with women incidentially attached to them, and a new low in terms of double entendre puns...

And while I'm less than keen on corporate america, I've gotten rather tired of the constant Bond plot where a maniac capitalist multi-billionaire wants to blow up the world with some super-smurfy gadget that would have cost trillions or more to research and build. Heck, even "The Spy Who Loved Me" seemed plausible by comparison. The Brosnan era is just fluff, relying on silly implausible stunts - like the ones we all saw on early 80s TV shows like Dukes of Hazzard, Knight Rider, A-Team, The Fall Guy, et al...

Excellent Bond film.

"Die Another Day" sucked.
