If Laura was responsible for the chimp's religious conversion, Laura is responsible for everything: the fraudulent (s)election, 9/11, the Patriot Act, the war in Iraq--all of it. AFAIK prior to the conversion, even during the worse drinking and doping days, * was never known to speak to God, and that's who * says wanted him to be prez.

Memorial service--when Bush I, Big Dog, Al Gore, etc were all there, she was sitting in the front pew between Bush I and shrub. I remember thinking at the time that she had that same weird facial expression--like a wax mask. Everyone else looked extremely grave, but there she sat with the same stupid public expression.
