I participate on another board which is fairly politically neutral in origin, so it attracts people on all parts of the spectrum and I love it when the few freepers there insinuate that anyone who is against the IMMORAL, UNJUST INVASION of Iraq forgot Sept. 11 and what happened that day.

I mean, yeah right. I was 30 years old when it happened and had to explain a lot of tough shit to my then six year old daughter. My husband (former military, Desert Storm vet) had a freaking nervous breakdown six weeks later because of it and I lost two cousins in it. But yeah, I tend to forget what happened that day.

the Government murdered 3,000 of it`s own citizens, and blamed it on Muslim terrorists, most of whom could hardly qualify to fly a Cessna, and at least 5 of whom subsequently turned up alive and well, even though they supposedly died in the attacks. Remember now, these were "terrorrists who hate our freedom", who would presumably be out to do all the damage they could. So, they flew right over one of the biggest nuclear power plants on the east coast, and hit a couple of buildings in New York City. Go figure.
