I chat with on forums don't see that there will be any significant change when Kerry wins in November. Part of the reason they believe this is because of Kerry's position on Israel/Palestine and Iraq. They believe he is unwavering in his support of Sharon and Israel and won't do anything significant to address the problems in Iraq.
