Dick Morris Suggests a Vote for Kerry is a Vote for the Terrorists
This angle is starting to pop up everywhere. Morris suggests that Al Queda's "ultimate triumph" would be if Bush lost in November. Therefore leading dumbasses everywhere to think that a vote for Kerry is a vote for the terrorists.

Dick Morris column in The Hill
http://www.thehill.com/morris/052604.aspx
Al Qaeda’s presidential campaign

It is clear that the Iraqi insurgents are playing American politics with their military actions. Sworn to get Bush, they are keeping their eyes clearly focused on U.S. polls and our political process as they kill, behead and destroy our forces and civilians in Iraq.

...Bush can achieve the one goal that will demonstrate, more clearly than anything else, American resolve – his own re-election. Nothing would be so clear an affirmation of American willingness to fight terror than his victory at the polls. He must not deny himself — and our nation — a second term...

...It is only by orchestrating our military presence in such a way as to minimize their opportunities to do so that Bush can deny them their ultimate triumph on the American election day.

3. I swear - this guy's message is entirely dependant
on who he is talking to.

Didn't he just give a speech at a Democratic fundraiser that everyone was excited about? About how the issues and the demographics were leaning our way again?

In a statement released by the Abu Hafs al-Masri Brigades, which
claimed responsibility for the Madrid bombings and claims to be the
European military wing of al-Qaeda, the group's leader supported George
Bush for president. The suprise announcement came coupled with an order
by the group's leader for all al-Qaeda operatives in Europe to pause
all terrorist operations. The reason for the ceasing of terrorist
operations in Europe, according to the group, was to give Spain time to
withdraw their troops from Iraq as Spain's newly elected socialist
Prime Minister has promised to do. The terrorist group stated that it
wished Bush to win because it was not possible to find a leader, "more
foolish than you, who deals with matters by force rather than with
wisdom."

snip> The statement tells American voters that Abu Hafs al-Masri
supports the re-election campaign of U.S. President George W. Bush: "We
are very keen that Bush does not lose the upcoming elections."
Addressing Bush, it says: "We know that a heavyweight operation would
destroy your government, and this is what we don't want. We are not
going to find a bigger idiot than you."
The statement said Abu Hafs al-Masri needs what it called Bush's
"idiocy and religious fanaticism" because they would "wake up" the
Islamic world.
Comparing Bush with his Democratic party challenger, John Kerry, the
statement tells the president: "Actually, there is no difference
between you and Kerry, but Kerry will kill our community, while it is
unaware, because he and the Democrats have the cunning to embellish
infidelity and present it to the Arab and Islamic community as
civilization." <snip

14. Right now, maybe not. But if we were attacked again
before the election (like in Spain) and fear took over... and Bushco came on the news saying WE MUST NOT GIVE IN, WE MUST NOT LET THE TERRORISTS WIN.

You and I both know what would happen.

This is the country whom over 70% supported the Iraq War at the get-go.

they need Bush to win.

He is incompetent.

He undermined the fight against Al Qaeda by going into Iraq.

He divided the US from its closest allies.

He turned the outpouring of sympathy for the US after 9/11 into harsh criticism and opposition to his policies.

He and his advisors are clueless about how to deal with the world, much less terrorism.

The best thing that could happen for the terrorists would be a Bush elected in November.

...And continue his arrogant, bombastic, unilateral policies in the Middle East.
Every Arab killed in Bush's Vanity Wars creates 10 new al Queda martyrs.
