Rush just defended the the use of a "California constitutional provision"
Rush just defended the CA recall as simply the use of a "California constitutional provision". He said this as a defense against charges that the CA recall was undemocratic, and that Republicans are trying to steal or reverse another election.

I find it very interesting that he would use the verbiage "California constitutional provision" when 1,200 miles away the Texas Democratic Senators are using a Texas constitutional provision that requires a 2/3 quorum to prevent the redistricting bill to be considered. As we all know, the Texas Dems have been absolutely villified for using this "Texas constitutional provision".

Once again, we find the right wing blasting Democrats for playing by the rules, but when the GOP wants to use the rules then it's ok...

Their hypocrisy knows absolutely no bounds... Good grief this pisses me off..

I've got to STOP listening to Rush. It just pisses me off to no end how he can say these things with such a straight face.
