it has been unavailable for two days now, does anyone know why and when it will be back up?

Both have the same consequence. A couple million people hitting his site all at once will kill the bandwidth.

5. Mike used to have one of the best forums...
it was really lively, lots of smart posters, and a real core group of dedicated people- but the freepers harassed them out of biz.
DU is such a relief, from mediawhoredom and sheer stupidity, but everytime it doesn't load, I just assume the jackbooted thugs have shut it down....
at some point, rightwing terror must be dealt with, harshly.
