1. The Bushes have had connections with China,

going back to Shrub's grandfather, Prescott Bush. He had personal business relationships with that country under Chairman Mao Tse Tung, regarded as one of the most oppressive dictators of the 20th Century.

If Bill Clinton's father, or any Democrat's father had a track record like Prescott's, the right wing talking heads would have had him and his heirs nailed to the cross every day!

3. Hey, look - hopefully the Carlyle Group will stand, unscathed, long enough

for george the lesser to be transfered from the White House next January. It would be supremely sweet poetic justice to see him join the board of directors and do for the Carlyle Group what he did for his three Texas oil companies (Harken, Spectrum 7, and Arbusto) AND then the entire United States of America. He'd drive it right into a ditch just like he has with everything else.
