What will Bush say in his speech tomorrow night ?
This must be a real challenge for his speech writers. I don't think he has any thoughts that are his own, is that correct?

But, I would guess that he might mention "training wheels" - trying to make a funny - but in the context that Iraq must create their own 'democracy'...We have no intention of interfering with their choices of leadership, he might say. But now that they are rid of the evil tyrant, Saddam, they can join the civilized world with the rest of us....

We will assist them with security problems until they get their own police and security established. We must help them clean up the last remaining elements of the Saddam loyalists and some insurgents, and we realize that we need to do that. ANd our military is ready and able to deal with that problem. They are doing a fantastic job...blah...blah..blah.

7. "There are those who say we should run from our duties in Iraq"
I'm going out on a limb with such specificity, so I expect a tangible reward if I'm correct. Hehe.

9. It's A Karen Hughes Speech
...will be a "stay the course" speech. Doesn't sound like any admission of failures will be made. Seems to me he should be making a "change course, change leadership speech" -- they're too arrogant to do that.

13. Isn't that a killer? Training wheels.
It's really bad when they hand you the jokes. You don't even have to to go any effort.

So Bush will talk about taking off the "Iraqi training wheels" on June 30th. Meanwhile, he's sitting there with bandages on his forehead and arms. Apparently he fell off his bike this weekend.
