Fred Barnes just had a slip of the tongue.....
He was talking about how Kerry didn't really win the Democratic nomination so much as Howard Dean lost it. Because of events, now he doing well against Bush but not on his own accord. If the people see that things are getting better in Iraq and if issues like gay-marriage are brought into the campaign by us.........uh....by pResident Bush, then Kerry could be in trouble... (paraphrasing except for the part where he stuttered) :) Oh, what an honest moment!

1. Perfect.
Do you ever get the feeling that on "The Beltway Boys" the "discussions" appear on a tele-prompter and that the boys get cranked up just before the show? They seem so wired.

Now that gay marriages have been legally recognized in MA, it will be a little more difficult to persuade people they need to fear them.

3. It shouldn't be too hard
Isn't MA that state where everyone is a terrorist?

4. Ugh
Well it puts Kerry in a horrible position really to try to explain his position on gay marriage and civil unions....

But, now that it's already happened (gay marriage), I think people will be more accepting.

On another note, I was also watching the Beltway Boys for whatever reason (boredom?), and they had Bush polling ahead of Kerry in Oregon, Michigan, and Florida.

This is contrary to what Bob Novakula said on CNN the other day.

But, Fox News is known to lie about everything.

6. Rush had Bush down by 1% in Calif.
And , the pill-popper figures if Bush wins Calif, then the rest is moot. Oxy, its a hell a of a drug. I can just see the scroll on fox news,
Bush wins California....Pigs fly.... Monkeys came out of Rush's ass.

5. Right!
Yawn! "Things" are really messed up in Iraq and won't be "getting better" anytime soon! Thanks Georgie! And the Media torpedoed Dean's candidacy! They are solely responsible for that! As for the gay marriage issue, it's a no brainer! Why should anyone care if same sex couples want to make their relationships legal? Gawd, get a life! And Fred Barnes is a MOran!
