BURBANK, Calif. (Reuters) - U.S. First lady Laura Bush was warned by her mother-in-law never to criticize George W. Bush's speeches, and the one time she did, he drove the car into the garage wall, she said on Wednesday.

My father was hit by a drunk wrong-way driver. He had a major injury to his prefrontal lobe. He became unpredictably angry and violent person.. which sucked because he had three of us small children at the time.. When this happened in the mid-sixties, not much was known about that.. but it ruined his life, and fucked ours up pretty badly.

Having said that.. some people just have really, really bad tempers or on Bush's case some people are just spoiled assholes. :)

This isn't the first time they've had Laura out to try to make W sound more literate than he is. Remember the lump poem? She claimed he wrote it to her, then months later admitted someone wrote it for him?

She's a liar, he's a liar, his daddy was a liar, his brothers and mother are liars. They don't even respect people enough to keep their lies consistent, or to feel shame when they have to admit they lied.

12. This was "amusing" news in 2000 campaign

WHILE, mind you, WHILE rumours about McCain's "anger" problems was being circulated. I remember it vividly during the primary because I was stunned that it was considered "amusing" that this clown Bush* could not even take what was reportedly a mild criticism (something line: How'd ya like the speech laura? Uh, not that terrific, George. And he drove through the back wall of their garage.

Hilarious huh? That's when I KNEW that the press would hide absolutely anything this guy did as they hammered away on the "anger" theme vis a vis McCain (with hints of "instability" because of the war imprisonment).

Can this guy stop kissing ass for a second and
ask one tough question? I know he thinks he's a comedian
and he's there to get laughs but get in touch with reality
and have some edge for christ sakes. American soldiers are dying for this administration's hubris and mistakes and Leno has the first lady two feet away and he wants to pretend that we're living in pleasantville. Everything he asks is orchestrated, pre-written,
pre-screened, rehearsed and people buy it. When
he walked Laura off the stage I wanted to kick the TV.
Anyway, I can't stand the guy. He probably thinks that if he's
nice enough to Laura, he'll be invited back to the white house
correspondents' dinner to tell his lame jokes. He's a joke.
