Who are we handing Iraq over to on the 30th?
Six weeks away and still no word on who's replacing Chalibi's governing council. Yeah, Yeah, it'll be a puppet government at best. But the administration has been pointing to this date for months, so I'm guessing there is a Rovian moment coming up. So... who will it be?

Everyone loves puppies... but seriously, they've got to have some "grand announcement" planned to help the election move along. I'm up for any speculation on what that is.
