for Shrub in 2000 and plans to do so again this year. I was watching a Bob Costas show on HBO this morning when he said that. Hopper also mentioned that his wife is a liberal Democrat.

1. maybe he didn't sell out, but he's an actor who happened to
Maybe he didn't sell out, but he's an actor who happened to play a character in "Easy Rider" who probably wouldn't vote Republican.

2. He was a Reaganite, too.
So, if I remember correctly (and I'm perfectly willing to admit I may not be) was/is James Woods. If he sold out, in other words, it was long, long ago.

6. Franken recounts
a bizarre moment in Big Fat Idiot when he and Newt Gingrich bumped into Hopper and he turned into a gushing fool, telling Newt that he was a "great, great man" doing "great, great things" for the country.

10. What are they gonna say about him?
What are they gonna say? That he was a kind man? That he was a wise man? That he had plans? That he had wisdom? Bullshit, man!
