Can the FCC fine Hannity for playing audio of a man's head being....
Cut off? I find this very offensive! How would Rush feel if Al Franken had someone while he was in rehab record his screams while he's going throught detox & then played it for his audinece for their amusment? Or how would Hannity feel if someone recorded him & his wife making love then playing them over the airwaves? Also, if the victim's father was a die hard Bush supporter would Sean still have played the audio?Just asking.

1. I would like to hear Hannity and his wife making love
Hearing Sean beg would be such sweet music (and I'm curious as to how good her Reagan impersonation is)

6. ROTFLMFAO!!! oh man....priceless
we know who wears the garter belts in that family, and he has his own radio show to make up for his lack of performance elsewhere.

FINE HIS ASS!

4. That's a GREAT idea. I say we go for it.
Suggest it to Stern on his website or call his office. I think it's legit and doable.

5. No, unless he had titties and bounced them live plus saying tittie tittie
And that would make that woman rep from New Mexico cry again. I bet she is not crying about all this obscene stuff by the right-wing stupid talking heads.

7. No. Indecency is "patently offensive sexual or excretory references"
Violence on the radio is fine, just not discussion of sex or excretion by people against Bush.

9. My point is
The FCC wants to send a message. They want decency on their airwaves,or so they claim. Why not start a campaign & demand the FCC to fine Hannity.Ask the FCC to prove they aren't playing favorites. What if Stern did the exact same thing?I hear 2 dj's were fired for making fun.Are you gonna tell me if Stern tried to make the same exact point as Hannity did he wouldn't have been fined/fired?

10. I don't think Stern would be fined for something similar
I don't think Stern would be fined for something similar.

One or more stations might stop carrying him if Stern did something like that, but the FCC doesn't fine for violence.
