i was wondering if it was actually a bill somewhere or how its suppose to be come law

and is deserving of floor time. At this point it might just be a cause. Some really good ideas are in it though.

A friend of mine (who is actually very smart and effective in other areas) has fallen for this and keeps sending me updates from the "Dove of Oneness." As soon as I looked at the messages and checked out his/her site it was blatantly obvious to me that the whole thing was a scam of some sort. Your link nails it. I doubt, though, if my friend will believe it.
