Cannot find reference to the study citing % of payroll taxes vs

corporate % numbers in comparison to the 1970's. Roughly as I remember it:

1970's individuals paid 9% of federal revenue, corporations 42%

2003 the numbers have reversed!

Caught just a moment of this during congressional hearing, angry Dem male holding binder & demanding answers.

Cannot find it. help?
