...things of importance going on in the world. Does anyone know that we caught someone from Pakistan here illegally trying to buy C-4? I posted the story and it got drowned out in the noise. No big deal though. It was only an explosive.

8. I tend to agree but...

Maybe some people are worried that their information/position won't get the emphasis they feel it needs if it's just one post in 100 in a thread, so they start a new one. I understand their position, but it's not always justified and means you have to keep up with so many threads, you might miss important findings.

On the other hand I get Walt Starr's point. You can examine the details more closely in dedicated threads.
