New OH ARG Poll -- Good News

Kerry leads Bush in Ohio 49% to 42%, with 2% for Ralph Nader. Without Nader on the ballot, it's Kerry 50% and Bush 43%.

Kerry is running stronger among Democrats than Bush is running among Republicans and Kerry leads Bush 48% to 43% among self-described independents.

If only Gore saw it that way in 2000. I never could understand why he gave up on the state so soon. Had he contested and taken Ohio, NONE of the southern states would have mattered. Not Tennessee. Not even Florida.
