Stupid question RE: Berg video and media coverage

I know the reason why in my heart, but you would have thought that with the glaringly bloody obvious jump in the time-stamp of the tape...why hasn't anyone in the media picked up on this?

DU has some very intelligent posters, but are we so smart (or is the media that dumb) that we are the ONLY ones that have figured it out???

Or are they just a bunch of * enabling whores?

2. The official story is being pushed hard

...because the whole purpose of releasing this thing was to deflect attention away from Rumsfeld and his apporval of illegal questioning methods in not one but all the prison facilities in Iraq.

They're hoping to limit the questions to the net.

someone may have them by the danglies... who knows why we get the news... and non-news we see or hear in the media. there is one thing for sure, we can never, ever take any news story from any source at face value. smoke, mirrors, lights and make-up are no doubt applied liberally.
