Woodruff scratching her head trying to figure out why Kerry not doing well
Meanwhile Gallup and Pew has Kerry leading by 5-6 points among registered voters. And the dumb wench prior to saying this just read a new poll from Ohio showing Kerry now leading there by 7%. This lady needs to retire.

8. She is a partisan bitch
She is trying her damndest to make Kerry look bad. They want to keep the polls close so they can "steal" it. Just a few percentage here and there and there it is back in the *'s hands. I sure hope we get the Senate also we have a fighting chance as of now. People are not going to be willing to take another chance on the *.

18. She told the candidates not to bash Bush @ the debate.
Why the Democrats let a card-carrying Media Whore First Class like Jooby moderate the debate is beyond me.

2. Conason had a great article on this crapola today (Must Read)
"Among the political press corps—a well-heeled herd as susceptible to fashion as any high-school clique—the reigning trend is to declare John Kerry’s candidacy moribund. From cranky left to triumphal right, commentators compete to insult the Massachusetts Senator. The consensus ranges from "He’s struggling" to "He stinks," and legions of mostly unnamed but very important Democrats are said to be "freaked out," "grumbling," "fearful" and swooning en masse from "buyer’s remorse."

4. she needs to read the editorial in yesterday's NY Times

it's not uncommon for a challenger to not be "doing well" at this point in time.

can't find link now but will try

here it is:
http://www.nytimes.com/2004/05/12/opinion/12KOHU.html

"....The real reason that Mr. Kerry is making so little progress is that voters are now focused almost exclusively on the president. This is typical: as an election approaches, voters first decide whether the incumbent deserves re-election; only later do they think about whether it is worth taking a chance on the challenger...."

7. where do they get these numbers??
Just now showed a poll with basically, "who is more consistent" and "who can keep America safe", and kerry was in the 20s and Bush in the 40s/50s. I just don't get it.

I suppose those anti-Kerry ads have worked like a charm.

Idiots.

14. don't forget, Nader wasn't in that particular poll
Nader has about 5-6% which is scary as hell. I know talking to a pollster is much easier than casting a vote for Nader but we can't get burned a second time.
