Has anyone else noticed that
in the media outlets, including but not limited to Faux, that where before they'd report each and every casualty when it happened now they don't even tell us if there have been any? I looked at Yahoo several times today, and I have yet to see a single story about the two more casualties in Iraq since yesterday. I only found out because I looked in the Bu$h forum.

Shouldn't they be telling us about that instead of stories about Keifer Sutherland's domestic life or octopuses getting octopussie? Why are they suddenly ignoring the mounting casualty rate. The only time I ever see any mention of more deaths is when there are a "large" number of them at once. I think the last one I saw was about eight soldiers killed in a roadside bomb, and that was in April.

Shouldn't they show our soldiers a little respect and spend more time on them instead of Cicadas or Hollywood's private lives?

2. I personally
would like to know what the total number is, considering our solders, coalition, mercenaries, and non combat, also the poor Iraqi people.

Assuming the minimal amount of confirmed deaths, its:

# of Americans killed: 774

# of British: 58

# of Italians: 17

# of Spanish: 8

# of Bulgarians: 6

# of Ukrainians: 4

# of Polish: 3

# of Thai: 2

# of Danes: 1

# of El Salvador: 1

# of Estonians: 1

# of Netherlands: 1

# of Iraqi civilians: 9137(min)/10994(max)

Total deaths: 10013(min)/11870(max)

3. I think (but I'm not sure) that Aaron Brown's show
lists the names of those who died.

4. lol... octopussie
hehe

Anyway, no - I hadn't noticed that. Wouldn't surprise me, though. After the torture pics, I can imagine the some people are getting a little jumpy about the money spigot being cut off.

5. CBS Evening News is highlighting A casualty each night.
Not totals, but each night they show a pic of a recent casualty, so they're not exactly ignoring it. Maybe Rove told them to shut up about it.
