Good old Tom DeLay -- Never change, Bug Man!

From the MSNBC article at http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/4855930/

*snip*

But House Majority Leader Tom DeLay, R-Texas, while acknowledging that the materials showed “pretty disgusting sexual acts,” said there was no need for more investigations. “The American system is working,” he said. “... Our enemies are incredibly more evil than what is depicted in the pictures.”

*snip*

Everything's fine! Sure, we tortured folks, but Americans can do that.

1. Help stop DeLay
You can support Richard Morrison, the Dem running against him.

He has a good chance of winning. Over 50% of people in the district say they are willing to vote for someone new. If you could give him $10, that would help us all.

3. "America: We're not quite as evil as our enemies!"
Thanks Delay. You're a true patriot.

5. We're trying hard to get rid of him
The Dem running against him has a real good chance of beating him. His name is Richard Morrison and he is going full force after DeLay. His goal is to raise $1 million. If he does this, he might just pull off the upset. Lots of people down here, and in DeLay's new district, are not happy about redistricting.

Feel free to help us out at http://www.richardmorrisonfordistrict22.com/.

9. I think every Congressperson should be forced to see ALL the photos
Edited on Wed May-12-04 09:58 PM by GloriaSmith
Every single one of them should be forced to see what our military is doing over there. I don't care if these acts were carried out by one soldier, 17 soldiers, or hundreds, the fact is that torture was committed by people wearing the American flag on their uniform in a war that Congress approved.

If DeLay can't handle witnessing the illegal autrocities of this war, then he shouldn't have voted and supported it. This "man" is nothing more than a coward.
