I called Senator Kerry's office about BBV

Still waiting for a call back. I want to know what his strategy is on this issue. Has anyone else called there Reps to ask and if so, what was their response?

1. My Senators are waiting to see what direction
the "Records" bill will take since it is a compromise between Grahams "Voter Confidence" bill, and Hillary's bill. Neither Senator, Feingold or Kohl, both Dems have endorsed any legislation despite getting calls every day from constituents. The "Records" bill has a loophole for election officials to not upgrade to paper ballots on electronic touch screen machines if they feel it would be "impossible" to implement in time for Nov 2004. Pound home the message to support Grahams' bill S.1980, it is the most identical to Rush Holt's H.R.2239 which has a lot of support in the House without loopholes.

2. Well, they didn't say it, but...
I surmise it was something along the lines of, "shut up and go back to sleep, prole"

What I always get is NOTHING. No response. Zip. Zero. Nada.
