The repuke email blitz started back again tonight.

For weeks I was receiving 3-5 (sometimes more) a day, and many were the same text from different repuke friends. They were forwarding these same negative emails about Kerry and the same Bush hero worship. You know the ones I'm talking about. Last week they suddenly stopped.

Well, tonight they started back again. As if on cue after the beheading, the email campaign gears back up. The trained monkeys have their marching orders, and all is well again in Braindeadville.

How To Have Lots Of Fun And Make A Difference

1. Assemble a folder of anti-Shrub material (well-supported, please) and specific rebuttals to the common talking points (see www.Snopes.com and www.DailyHowler.com for a good stock of them).

2. Hit the "Reply To All" button on your e-mail program.

3. "Quote" the material you were sent, and paste the new stuff -- the material debunking Team Bush -- into the reply before the quoted material.

4. Hit "Send".

I've gotten right-wing spam with as many as 200 addresses attached. One good reply will have the potential to reach each of those two to 200 people, and very few of them will be Freepish types.
