HMMM...A mighty strange coincidence indeed...
Edited on Tue May-11-04 11:16 PM by HOWLIN_WOLF
that Nick Berg has the same last name of the gentleman representing Ellen Mariani in the RICO lawsuit filed against the government over the death of her husband who was a passenger on UA 175 which slammed into the south tower of the World Trade Center http://www.911forthetruth.com I read somewhere earlier that Philip Berg denies that he is related to Nick Berg who was brutally murdered in Iraq. However...the lawsuit Ms. Mariani has filed was in the Federal Court of Eastern Pennsylvania I believe and names the entire Bush administration as Defendants! Mr. Philip Berg is also a former assistant District Attorney for the state of Pennsylvania! What think ye???

2. Do you honestly think...
Mr. Berg would admit to it at this stage of the game?

3. All I say is, this is way too fishy
there are too many inconsistencies, starting with who this kid was.

Way too many inconsistencies

If nothing else it reminds me of the games in Central America, back in the 1980s

4. Can the sarcasm.
You are either some really far out dude, or you are really misunderestimating the intelligence and diligence and stringent insistence on facts of most of those you would deride as conspiracy buffs.

were YOU even aware that there was a lawsuit filed against this phony government? Not many people are! It's REAL...it's AUTHENTIC and HERE IT IS http://nancho.net/911/mariani.html Filed in Eastern Pennsylvania District Court on 11/26/03! Isn't it odd that we have heard NOTHING of this? Could be something is about to break on it!

5. Berg is a common name.
I tried searching it at 411.com and got the maximum 250 names, which is all it will give. There could be thousands.

He could just as easily be related to famous Mad Magazine cartoonist Dave Berg. Hey, I just made a new conspiracy theory!

6. Perhaps...but....
Right now THEY are throwing out the names of voters in Florida that are kind of similar to those of felons. Let's not mark the same mistake. Put it on the back burner. If it boils over then we can connect the turds.

12. No relation
As it happens, one of my old roommates acting as a spokesperson for the Berg family on the news was a neighbor and friend of Nick's. There's no relation to Philip Berg, Esquire. Frankly, the idea is one hell of a mighty stretch... care to guess how many Bergs there are listed in my phone directory that doesn't even cover West Chester or Lafayette Hill and a host of other towns surrounding Philly? TONS. Please... this is even more retarded then the other bullhockey being spun in here. :eyes:

15. No, I don't
I did some temp work for Phil years ago, and he's as decent a guy as they come. That's actually how I first heard of him taking Ellen's case, and I happen to stand behind that woman 100%. In any case, it's immaterial to the subject at hand, which is that just because Nick and Phil share the same last name that they are related. That is clearly a stretch. If they shared a last name of, say, Stavistanlopolus, you might have something there.
