5. In the little I heard, he was somewhat vague.

Because he would not speak of specific wrongdoing he may have known about currently being investigated.

But he did say something about when he would drop prisoners off, the MP's seemed like they would have no problem accommodating requests for special treatment, bad or perhaps good, as reward.
