Cheney can't / won't even acknowledge Rumsfeld WASN'T DOING HIS JOB TO BEGIN WITH.

This defense coming from the VAMPIRE NEOCON WHORES that HUNTED BILL CLINTON FOR 8 YEARS. Anyone ask "DICK" Cheney why he and his cabal didn;t lay off Clinton and let him do HIS JOB?

I can't STAND THESE MOTHERFUCKERS!

RAW

1. Yes, but Clinton was not their guy.
Plus, it was about sex, which all people want and some people either deny themselves or can't get. It's a lot harder to relate to killing people on a world scale.

Now blowjobs, most folks understand those. :)

3. I saw Lindsay Graham

on MTP his morning, coming down hard on Cheney for this statement. I find it hard not to still hate him after he led the impeachment. He is at least pretending to take the high road on the prisoner abuse issue. But on MTP he was pretty insistant that this not become a "political" issue. The problem with his taking this stance is tha lack of congressional oversight is 100% due to the Republican majority hands-off policy for bush et-al. The Demos on the show were bemoaning how nobody from the administration have come up to testify for months, just thumbing their noses at the congress, but the committe chairman just let them get away with it. Clearly the Prez has had too much immunity to criticism due to his party's reluctance to cross him.

6. I think the key to everything is the Energy Task Force.
"Tinfoil Hat theory"

My first try at one. I'm so proud!

I'd bet money that thing (the Energy Task Force Report) states that the oil peak is either underway or is about to begin. I'd also bet that all the energy suppliers demanded control of Iraq's oil fields, which have kind of been "held in reserve" the last couple of decades.

Now, if the oil peak is really occurring, we had to tap our "reserves". This will also give us a base from which to control Saudi Arabia, should the Fahd Family lose control upon King Fahd's death. Can't make the "Arabic Street" too mad, leaving the infidels on Holy Soil. Thus, Iraq and the current situation.

Meanwhile, this could explain another, hidden reason for Kerry's vote for the war (cynical of me, I know). Once we're in Iraq, we have to finish the job (so the saying goes). Kerry provides a reasonable alternative to the current seemingly power drunk goons in charge of the country, and the "checks and balances" system is restored, by "giving" the Executive Branch back to the "people" in the form of a Good Democrat.

The March to the right is slowed, and people feel better. Then, we have another decade or so before we fight Russia and China for what's left of the oil.

Bleeccch. I just realized why I won't give in to tinfoil hat stuff. If this is really how it is, it's EXTREMELY depressing. Human Nature has to produce something better than a bunch of red ants and black ants fighting for survival, doesn't it? I think we're a little better than that...at least I hope so.....

7. That's why we are in this mess. The Congress abdicated its responsibility
for oversight.

8. On Bashing Clinton for 8 Years
If Bill had done 1/10th of what these evangelical Nazis have perpetrated, he not only would have been impeached, they would have taken him out and shot him afterwards. Then they would have shot Hillary.

The thing that is scariest about these guys is either 1) their belief that God is on their side or 2) their utter cynicism in utilizing any and all underhanded tactics to further their goals.
