I have not been to the Netherlands in a while, I would love to visit again.
This time, I want to be there for the Trial Of The Rethugs!

What are your thoughts? How long can these crooks hold on?
When could the Trial begin?

Seeing as the U.S, is not an ICC signatory, and the chance of the Congress ratifying it even if a President Kerry were to re-sign it are slim to none (it took exactly 40 years to ratify the Genocide Convention y'know), plus the existence of the American Servicemembers Protection Act (aka "The Hague Invasion Act") and of the multiple bilateral immunity agreements entered into by the United States with a number of states, I would'nt hold my breath if I were you.

All we need is one big miracle and I'm looking into travel agencies now.

I would also like to be in Washington DC when Bush resigns/is impeached/gets out of office.

I'm also looking into hotels for the Inaguration of JK.

I wrote a 12 page position paper on the issue of the United States and the ICC for midterms (PoliSci major) and I have been enlightened as to the thoroughness of this administration re: accountability, or lack thereof. Truth be told, Clinton wasn't too hot on it either. He signed the Rome Statute to create the Court on the absolute last possible day, knowing that he was on the way out and that it wouldn't be his problem. Depressing, to be sure.
