Where is the outrage?
I am talking about in the Middle East countries? And Iraq? Not that I am sorry that nothing bad has happened since the atrocities were made public, but my first thought was, Damn, our soldiers in Iraq are in for it now.
So far, I have not seen anything in retribution. This is making me very nervous. It is inconceivable to me that the Arabs will let this pass.
Is my tin foil hat on too tight?

4. No
but you will not see th demonstrations in the US Press

Wanna bet there were demonstrations?

As to payback... you will see it, here in the Homeland...

This will lead to BLOWBACK in ways that Muricans have little hope
of understanding

What we have entered is an F-5 Hurricane... there are some thigns that Bush could do to blunt this, but it woudl require a profile in courage, not a profile in politics and how to get rich...

Yep call me cynical

Thanks bush, you truly have made us safer with your wise leadership...NOT

5. First of all, they do not fight with the same weapons as we do...
They use car bombs, suicide bombs, RPGs, roadside explosive devices, etc. So they are limited in what kind of response they can realistically do.

6. they've known about our 'behavior' for two years now
so the outrage has already been taken out on hundreds of u.s. troops.
imagine how the locals think of the soldiers. they know how it feels to play the jews to our nazis, we numbheads are only just now waking up to it, thanks to the photos

7. wait a few years

8. In Chechnya yesterday, a buried landmine assassinated the 'president'
...of Chechnya.

Turns out, they probably buried it three years previously during work on the stadium.

I think that while the typically American lack of attention span assumes reactions will occur immediately after their causal events, the rest of the world, and the Middle East in particular, is a lot more patient most of the time.

The other shoe(s) may drop tomorrow, and/or next month, and/or next year, and/or over the next decade.

and his administration. like everyone says, it is a matter of when the next strike will be. all we've done is improved their recruiting and increased their dedication and motivation. :scared:

i think there's an awful lot of outrage. we just don't see it because the mediawhores don't want us to. it would put too much pressure on the monkey and his reelection bid. :grr:

12. Our instant gratification society has no appreciation
for the Muslim approach to "an eye for an eye." Psssssttt. . . 9/11 happened ten years after desert storm. If you an I have an argument in the Muslim world. our ancestors will be having the same argument for years to come. This ain't over. . .by a long shot.

13. You mean like this?
The outrage has been there, and building, for more than a year. Do you think Iraqis just now learned they were being tortured by Americans? They've known all the time.
