But with this prisoner torture scandal running out of control, they might just have to unearth the "evidence" early.

Nancy is every bit as beloved to conservatives, especially older ones, as her husband. The public will respect her wishes.

If we find an old drum of anthrax that hasn't been used in years, then it won't mean much. But if we find every type of WMD that * claimed Saddam had (and the ability to get nukes within 3-4 months) then the media will blare it non-stop. I can pciture the smirk on Paula Zahn's face the day they "find" those WMDs.

and claim that we have proof that Saddam transferred them there shortly before the war started.

But, you're right - no matter how "fixed" it looks, the media will still trumpet it as proof. Ugh....

12. Where? Next To A Pipe Line?

The only way our military could find WMDs today is if they are within 10 feet of a pipeline they are guarding or in the "Green Zone". We don't have people out there trapesing around in the countryside, if they did they would be dead meat.
