Halliburton subsidiary to yank soldier's Internet access.
www.kathryncramer.com

A week after a scandal broke involving photos of American troops torturing Iraqi prisoners, Halliburton subsidiary Kellogg, Brown, & Root is pulling the plug on private electronic communications with the folks back home, apparently at the request of the Department of Defence.

We wouldn't want any more nasty pictures of our brave troops "letting off some steam" with those Iraqi prisoner we captured, now, would we?

2. Whoa! This is going to affect Mari333's communication with her..
son, who as I understand it was last posted at Abu Ghraib (guarding the outside, IIRC). This is really bad for her. Damn it!

in prisons either. Shut off source of information. . .problem mysteriously dissapears. . .all is solved.

It is totally ignorant to think that the Iraqi people, who have been bombarded with propaganda for decades will believe in this administration's duplicity and stifling of the truth.

The damage we have wrought is irrevocable.

6. Well, we can't have the truth being spread now, can we?
Once of the best statements I've seen recently was the person that said that BushCo is doing everything they can to keep soldiers from coming home (extending tours of duty, etc.) so that they can't let people know what reality is like over there.

Hmm, now they're cutting off their access to the outside world, as well. Keep them there and keep them quiet.
