OK - I just left the pub...
Where I overheard a bunch of young wingnuts dissing democrats. On my way to the head, I offerred to stop on my way back and illuminate them. So, I was surrounded by a bunch of Bush*ie boys, and said "lets have it" - well hell, the best they could come up with was why Kerry instead of Bush*...

Not to get into gory details, but they managed to slink away one by one...even the the skin-head who said "blow up the entire Middle East"...

My less than illustrious response was "Does that include Israel?"

These 20-somethings knew nothing...they stumbled all over the place and made no sense at all...

Now THAT is scary...

I fear for our country...

I live in Pittsburgh, which gets a royal pounding all day on the radio from the likes of Mike Pintak, Rush, Quinn, a fat asshole named Fred Honsberger(whom I was told just left the pub before I showed up)...but at night there are the enlightened ones...fellows like Mike Romi(sp), Bob Loug (again sp) and Chris Moore...

I send daily emails to my repuke friends (okay, acquantainces) in my endeavor to enlighten, and have actually convinced two to change their voes (albeit one for Nader)...

So, not a bad night - certainly better than the night when a wingnut slammed me up agasinst the wall when I told him that if he was for the war in IRAQ and didn't sign up to go he was a coward...

Oh well, life goes on...
